Hi, I’m Chelsea, and I believe the most powerful part of therapy is the relationship we build together. When you feel truly seen, heard, and understood, without judgment, that’s when healing begins. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. They know something needs to change, but they’re not sure where to start.
My role is not to tell you what’s wrong with you. My role is to walk beside you as we uncover the strength, clarity, and resilience you already carry, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.
I create a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, process what’s weighing on you, and begin making sense of your experiences. Together, we’ll work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions at a pace that feels right for you. One that's not rushed, not forced.
Clients often tell me they feel relieved after sessions. They can think more clearly, feel lighter, and more grounded. Over time, they begin to trust themselves again, feel more emotionally balanced, and build healthier relationships with others and with themselves.
